method one,

Open Client Management Screen

Part of the update server, Ad2008 IP Address or FQDN instead of the client, and confirm that 2221 port is capable of.

Part of remote management, Ad2008 client instead of the IP Address or host control FQDN, and confirm that 2222 port is through

Method two,

Into the console, click on the bottom right of the distal end of the installation tab

Open the client console → click Import and export settings

※ console can not be deployed so diagnosis
